摘　　要：疾病复发恐惧普遍存在,恐惧严重者会严重影响患者及照顾者的生活质量,但脑卒中的复发恐惧往往被忽视。本文对脑卒中患者复发恐惧现状、评价工具、影响因素及护理干预等进行综述,以提高医护人员对脑卒中复发恐惧的认识,为国内开展相应的临床护理工作提供参考依据。Fear of relapse is common,and severe fear will affect the quality of life of patients and caregivers,but the fear of relapse of stroke is often ignored.This paper reviews the current situation,assessment tools,influencing factors and nursing interventions of stroke patients.The objective is to improve the medical staff's awareness of the fear of stroke recurrence,and to provide reference for clinical nursing work in China.
