摘　　要：大型仪器实验技术队伍是医科高校大型仪器平台高质量发展的关键因素,也是平台有效发挥人才培养、科学研究和社会服务支撑效应的关键力量。笔者以温州医科大学为例,分析了高校大型仪器实验技术队伍建设存在的主要问题,并结合实际系统总结了该校大型仪器平台实验技术队伍建设的实践与探索,以期促进大型仪器平台效益进一步提升,为同类医科高校大型仪器实验技术队伍的建设和发展提供参考。The technical team of large-scale instrument experiment is the key factor in the high-quality development of large-scale instrument platform in universities,and they are also the key force for the platform to effectively play a supporting role in talent cultivation,social services and scientific research.This article,taking Wenzhou Medical University as an example,analyzes the main problems in the construction of large-scale instrument experimental technical team in universities.Combined with practical situations,it systemically summarizes how experimental technical teams on large-scale instrument platform in the university have been constructed as an exploration,which aims to promote the efficiency improvement of large-scale instrument platforms and to provide reference for other medical universities.
