摘 要:介绍了国内外铁路过轨技术的发展现状和运用情况。阐述了我国通过换装转向架和转换车钩方式实现我国铁路货车整列运输至不同轨距的国家的关键技术,包括运输组织模式、换装前后货车的主要结构和参数、运用条件和线路适应性、转向架技术、车钩连挂技术和制动系统匹配性等。同时,阐述了采用变轨距转向架过轨实现互联互通的运输模式,重点对变轨距轮对技术、配套变轨距地面装置、变轨距制动梁技术、动力学性能仿真和变轨功能试验进行了研究。最后,提出了应用换装转向架和转换车钩过轨、直达过轨变轨距列车两种过轨的技术发展趋势。The development status and application of passing different gauge railway technology at home and abroad are introduced.This paper expounds the key technologies of China’s railway freight trains transported to countries with different gauges by replacing bogies and conversion couplers,including transportation organization mode,main structure and parameters of freight trains before and after replacement,operation conditions and line adaptability,bogie technology,coupling technology of couplers and matching of brake system,etc.At the same time,the transportation mode of interconnection and interoperability by using variable gauge bogie is expounded.The technology of variable gauge wheelset,supporting variable gauge ground device,variable gauge brake beam technology,dynamic performance simulation and variable gauge function test are studied.Finally,the development trends of two kinds of passing different gauge railway technologies,namely,the application of reloaded bogies and conversion coupler and the gauge-changeable trains with direct passing different gauge railway are proposed.
