摘 要:为在新车研发阶段预测车辆的噪声、振动与声振粗糙(NVH)性能,以某电动汽车车身为研究对象,建立其有限元模型,求取车身在频率为0~100 Hz内的自由模态及16处接附点的动刚度,以前副车架左前、右前接附点为例进行动刚度分析,并结合车身模态确定测点加速度响应出现峰值的原因。研究结果表明:两测点的加速度导纳(IPI)曲线在27 Hz和83 Hz频率下出现峰值的原因是产生了共振,在35、54、62、78 Hz频率下产生峰值的原因是接附点处动刚度不足。In order to study and predict the vehicle’s noise,vibration and acoustic vibration rough-ness(NVH)performance during the new car design phase,a certain electric vehicle body is taken as the research object,its finite element model is established,the free mode of the vehicle body within 0~100 Hz and the dynamic stiffness of 16 attachment points is obtained,the left front and right front attachment points of the previous subframe is taken as examples to analyze the dynamic stiff-ness,and the body mode is also taken as a factor to determine the reason for the peak acceleration response at the measurement points.The research results indicate that the reason for the peak values of the acceleration admittance(IPI)curves at the two measurement points at 27 Hz and 83 Hz fre-quencies is resonance,and the reason for the peak at 35,54,62 and 78 Hz is insufficient dynamic stiffness at the attachment point.
