高校青年教师思想政治工作实效性问题探析

摘　　要：高校教师思想政治工作的理论性偏强直接导致部分青年教师对思想政治工作的不认同。对思想政治工作认识的片面性以及部分高校青年教师过分自信的自我认知是导致这一现状的主要原因。突破高校青年教师自身的刻板认知以及高校领导层面发挥积极主动作用是解决这一问题的有效方法。The theoretical emphasis in the ideological and political work for university teachers directly leads to some young teachers’disapproval of the ideological and political work.The main reasons for this situation are the one-sided understanding of ideological and political work and the overconfidence in self-perception of some young teachers in colleges and universities.The effective way to solve this problem is to break through the stereotyped cognition of young college teachers and to promote the members of leadership at colleges and universities level to play active roles.
