摘 要:直链淀粉含量和胶稠度是早籼稻稻米品质中较为关键的指标,而高直链淀粉含量-软胶稠度稻米品质类型在早籼稻育种材料中出现频率较低。浙早33是浙江省农业科学院作物与核技术利用研究所选育的、于2023年通过浙江省主要农作物品种审定委员会审定的常规早籼稻品种。浙早33丰产性和稳产性较好,中抗稻瘟病,熟期和株型适中,后期转色好,稻米适合粮食加工用途,其中直链淀粉含量和胶稠度分别为29.3%、83.5 cm,属高直链淀粉含量-软胶稠度稻米品质类型。文章介绍了浙早33的亲本来源与选育经过、品种特性、栽培技术要点。The amylose content and gel consistency are key indicators of early indica rice quality,while the high amylose content and soft gel consistency rice quality type appears less frequently in early indica rice breeding materials.Zhezao 33 is a conventional early indica rice variety selected by Institute of Crop and Nuclear Technology Utilization,Zhejiang Academy of Agricultural Sciences and approved by the Zhejiang Provincial Main Crop Variety Approval Committee in 2023.Zhezao 33 has good yield and stability,moderate resistance to rice blast,moderate maturity and plant type,and good color transformation in the later stage.The rice is suitable for grain processing purposes,with an amylose content of 29.3%and a gel consistency of 83.5 cm,respectively.It belongs to the high amylose content soft gel consistency rice quality type.The parental sources,breeding process,variety characteristics,and key cultivation techniques of Zhezao 33 were introduced in this article.
