摘 要:由于面对学业压力、情感挫折、人际关系等问题,一部分大学生面临多方面的困境,其心理健康状况不容乐观,学生心理健康状况也是高校学生工作队伍要重点关注的内容。萨提亚理论在心理健康方面不仅仅致力于解决表面暴露的问题,而是引导人们发掘自我,接纳自己内在的各个组成部分,整合自己的资源,使自己达到内外和谐一致,实现自身价值。将萨提亚理论应用于高校学生工作,在人性层面与学生相遇,在更深层次与学生对话,有利于帮助学生认识自身的内在资源,提升自我价值感,进而塑造健全的人格,有助于学生的心理健康,促进学生的个人成长与发展。Due to academic pressure,emotional frustration,interpersonal problems,etc.,some college students face various difficulties,and their mental health status is not optimistic.The mental health status of students is also something that needs to be focused on in the student work of colleges and universities.In terms of mental health,the Satir theory is not only committed to solving superficial problems,but also guiding people to discover themselves,accept their inner components,integrate their own resources,achieve internal and external harmony,and realize their own value.Applying the Satir theory to student work in colleges and universities,meeting stu⁃dents at a human level,and talking to students at a deeper level will help students understand their own inner re⁃sources,enhance their sense of self-worth,and then shape a sound personality,which will help students’mental health and promote students’personal growth and development.
