数学师范生实践能力的目标体系构建和实施路径探索——以唐山师范学院为例

摘  要:为推动乡村教育的高质量发展,适应中小学课改和人工智能时代的需求,为基础教育培养“四有”好老师,该文基于对唐山市基础教育、唐山师范学院数学专业师范生及其培养过程的调研分析,对照《中小学教师职业能力标准》,建构数学专业师范生实践能力的二级目标体系,探索形成助力师范生实践能力提升和职业发展的协同育人路径。To promote the high-quality development of rural education,adapt to the needs of the curriculum re⁃form in primary and secondary schools and the era of artificial intelligence,and cultivate“four haves”good teach⁃ers for basic education.Based on a survey and analysis of the basic education in Tangshan,the mathematics nor⁃mal students at Tangshan Normal University,and their training process,based on the Professional Ability Stan⁃dards for Primary and Secondary School Teachers,a two-level goal system for practical ability of mathematics ma⁃jor normal school students is constructed,and a collaborative educational path is explored to help improve practi⁃cal ability and career development of normal school students.
