摘  要:胰腺癌位列恶性肿瘤病死率的第七位,其治疗方法除了手术治疗,还有化疗、免疫治疗及靶向治疗。近年来,免疫治疗在多种恶性肿瘤的治疗中取得重大进展,在胰腺癌的治疗中也有所突破。细胞叠套结构(CICs)因其与各种生理和病理条件的相关性、与炎症和癌的起始和进展的关系以及在转化医学中的潜在意义而受到越来越多的关注。本文对CICs对癌细胞与免疫治疗的影响以及未来可能的作用位点进行综述,以期为胰腺癌的治疗提供新的思路。Pancreatic cancer ranks the seventh in the mortality rate of malignant tumors.Its treatment methods include chemotherapy,immunotherapy and targeted therapy in addition to surgery.In recent years,immunotherapy has made significant progress in the treatment of various malignant tumors,and also made breakthroughs in the treatment of pancreatic cancer.Cell-in-cell structures(CICs)have received increasing attention due to their correlation with various physiological and pathological conditions,their relationship with the initiation and progression of inflammation and cancer,and their potential significance in translational medicine.This article reviews the impact of CICs on cancer cells and immunotherapy,as well as the possible action sites in the future,in order to provide new ideas for the treatment of pancreatic cancer.
