摘　　要：目的探讨蒙特梭利法多模式干预对老年认知衰弱患者执行功能和跌倒恐惧的影响。方法选择江苏省宿迁市第一人民医院2021年2月至2022年10月收治的120例老年认知衰弱患者作为研究对象,按照干预方式不同,分为对照组和观察组,每组60例。其中对照组给予常规方法进行干预,观察组给予蒙特梭利法多模式干预,干预时间均为6个月。比较2组患者干预前后认知功能、执行功能、跌倒恐惧及社会功能的影响。结果与干预前比较,2组患者干预后MoCA评分、BADS评分、MFES评分及个人整洁、社会兴趣、社会能力评分均明显升高,精神状态评分明显降低,且观察组患者干预后上述评分升高更为显著(P<0.05)。结论蒙特梭利法多模式干预老年认知衰弱患者,可有效提高其认知能力,改善跌到恐惧和执行功能,增强社会功能,具有一定的临床应用价值。Objective To explore the impact of Montessori-based multimodal intervention on executive function and fall fear in elderly patients with cognitive frailty.Methods A total of 120 elderly patients with cognitive frailty admitted to Suqian First People’s Hospital from February 2021 to October 2022 were selected as subjects,and they were divided into control group(n=60)and observation group(n=60)according to different intervention methods.Patients in the control group were given conventional intervention,while patients in the observation group were given Montessori-based multimodal intervention.The intervention time lasted 6 months,aiming to compare the cognitive function,executive function,fall fear and social function before and after intervention between the two groups.Results Patients in the both groups presented significantly increased scores of the Montreal Cognitive Assessment(MoCA),the Behavioral Activation for Depression Scale(BADS),the Modified Falls Efficacy Scale(MFES),personal cleanliness,social interest and social ability,and significantly decreased score of mental state than those before intervention,and the improvements in the observation group were more pronounced than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Montessori-based multimodal intervention in elderly patients with cognitive frailty can effectively improve their cognitive ability,improve fear and executive function,and enhance social function,which has certain clinical application value.
