摘 要:回顾国内外木材真空干燥的研究进展,阐述木材真空干燥的原理,总结了近年来国内外真空干燥的特性,介绍了真空干燥干燥的时间、能耗、污染程度、木材终含水率及其分布、木材颜色、物理力学性能以及变形和开裂等方面的特点。根据传热方式将真空干燥方法分为3类,分析了不同传热方式的特点及优势。研究结果表明,相较于传统干燥方法,真空干燥具有能耗低、干燥周期短、干燥质量较好等明显优势,因此,在木材工业生产中继续推广和应用木材真空干燥技术将有助于促进木材工业的高质量发展。研究成果有望为木材真空干燥的产业推广和理论研究提供有力参考。In this review,the literatures on vacuum drying of wood at home and abroad were reviewed,the principle of vacuum drying of wood was elaborated,the characteristics of vacuum drying at home and abroad in recent years were summarized,and the characteristics of vacuum drying in terms of drying time,energy consumption,pollution degree,final moisture content of wood and its distribution,color of wood,physical and mechanical properties,as well as deformation and cracking were introduced.The vacuum drying methods can be divided into three categories according to the heat transfer methods,and the characteristics and advantages of different heat transfer methods were analyzed.The results showed that compared with traditional drying methods,vacuum drying has obvious advantages such as low energy consumption,short drying period and better drying quality.Therefore,the continued promotion and application of wood vacuum drying technology in wood industrial production will help promote the high-quality development of the wood industry.These research results are expected to provide a strong reference for the industrial promotion and theoretical research of vacuum drying of wood.
