适老化门厅家具智能化用户需求分析

摘　　要：居家养老是我国主要养老模式,门厅作为住宅出入户的必经之处和室内外的过渡空间,承载着综合的生活行为,而门厅空间的安全性、舒适性以及便捷性,直接关系到住宅空间适老化设计的品质。因此为研究老年人在门厅空间中的需求以及门厅智能化的设计路径,通过对老年人出入户行为进行非结构化观察,并结合对老年人开展半开放式访谈,以POEMS为观察框架,对老年人在门厅空间的需求类型和层级进行分层,并结合当下智能家居的时代发展潮流,得到不同层次需求与智能化可行技术的匹配性,为适老化门厅家具中不同区域的智能化解决方案提出可直接参考和应用的设计创新建议。Elderly home-care is the main mode of care for the aged in China.As a residential entrance and exit and the transition space between indoor and outdoor,the entrance hall carries the comprehensive life behavior.The security,comfort and convenience of the entrance hall are directly related to the quality of the elderly-friendly residential space design.Therefore,in order to study the needs of the elderly in the entrance hall space and the intelligent design methods of the entrance hall,the intelligent design innovation solutions matching the types and levels of the elderly's needs in the different areas of entrance hall were proposed through the unstructured observation of the elderly's behavior and semi-open interview of the elderly under the POEMS observation framework,which can be referenced and applied directly in the design of elderly-friendly foyer furniture.
