摘　　要：目的:分析Survivin蛋白在结肠组织中的表达与组织病变严重程度的关系。方法:对我院2021年10月至2022年11月收治的126例结肠病变患者的肠组织标本进行检测,分析不同类型结肠病变患者肠组织及病变旁正常组织Survivin蛋白表达评分及阳性表达率,并分析它们与病变严重程度的相关性。结果:结肠癌、结肠息肉组织中Survivin蛋白表达评分及阳性表达率均高于结肠正常组织,P<0.05;结肠癌组织Survivin蛋白表达评分及阳性表达率高于结肠息肉组织,P<0.05。不同大体分型(溃疡型、浸润型和隆起型)结肠癌患者Survivin蛋白表达评分及阳性表达率无明显差异,P>0.05。不同TNM分期结肠癌患者Survivin蛋白表达评分及阳性表达率具有明显差异,P<0.05;其中Ⅲ期结肠癌明显高于Ⅰ期、Ⅱ期,Ⅱ期又高于Ⅰ期,P<0.05。Kendall相关性分析显示,Survivin蛋白表达与结肠癌TNM分期呈正相关,P<0.05。结论:Survivin蛋白在不同结肠组织中表达具有明显差异,结肠癌组织中Survivin蛋白表达水平最高,而且与其病变严重程度相关。Objective To analyze the expression of Survivin in colon tissues and its relationship with the severity of tissue lesions.Methods Intestinal tissue specimens of 126patients with colonic lesions admitted to our hospital from October 2021to November 2022were examined to analyze Survivin protein expression score and positive expression rate of intestinal tissues and normal tissues adjacent to the lesions in different types of colonic lesions,and their correlation with the severity of the lesions.Results The Survivin protein expression score and positive rate in colon cancer and colon polyp tissues were higher than those in the normal colon tissues(P<0.05).The Survivin protein expression score and positive rate in colon cancer tissues were higher than those in colon polyp tissues(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the Survivin protein expression score and positive expression rate of colon cancer patients with different gross types(ulcer type,infiltrating type and eminence type)(P>0.05).The Survivin protein expression score and positive expression rate were significantly different in colon cancer patients with different TNM stages(P<0.05).Among them,colon cancer of stageⅢwas significantly higher than stageⅠand stageⅡ,and stageⅡwas higher than stageⅠ(P<0.05).Kendall correlation analysis showed that Survivin expression was positively correlated with TNM stage of colon cancer(P<0.05).Conclusion Survivin expression is significantly different in different colon tissues,and the Survivin expression level is the highest in colon cancer tissues,which is correlated with the severity of the lesions.
