高职院校“专转本”学生现状及对策研究

摘　　要：从专科学生中选拔优秀学生进入本科阶段学习(即“专转本”),是职业教育与普通高等教育衔接的重要桥梁。“专转本”不仅可以满足广大专科学生继续深造的需求,也是为社会提供高素质技能型人才的重要手段。与本科生相比,专科学生在转本考试、高校适应性以及心理健康等方面都面临着巨大困境。为此,从政府、高校、学生视角出发提出相关建议,力图从三方面破解困境,为学生转本之路提供思考与借鉴。Selecting outstanding students from vocational colleges to enter the undergraduate stage of study(i.e."transfer from vocational college to undergraduate")is an important bridge connecting vocational education and general higher education.The transfer of vocational education to undergraduate education not only meets the needs of vocational college students for further education,but also serves as an important means of providing high-quality skilled talents for society.Compared to undergraduate students,vocational college students face significant challenges in terms of transfer exams,college adaptability,and mental health.To this end,relevant suggestions are proposed from the perspectives of the government,universities,and students,aiming to solve the difficulties from three aspects and provide thinking and reference for students on the path of transforming their education.
