摘　　要：蔚丰厚票号于1916年改组蔚丰商业银行,是山西票号为应对危机、顺应时局而组织现代银行的成功案例。作为私人金融资本的蔚丰厚之所以能够实现从传统票号向现代银行的重组转型,首先得益于其对西北汇业的长期经略,这使它获利颇丰并因此渡过辛亥难关保存了实力,同时获得了当地官僚的倚重,成为其维系与改组的基石。其次,京号经理郝登五在改组活动中展现了出色的领导才能,并凭其卓著声誉赢得了股东投资和政界援助。此外,北洋军政精英的投资与扶持,不仅使蔚丰厚顺利完成了招股任务,并得到了后续的业务支持,是其得以转型重生的关键因素。Weifonghou draft Bank was reorganized into Weifong Commercial Bank in 1916,which was the successful case of Shanxi Draft Bank organizing a modern bank in order to cope with the crisis and to go with the circumstances.The transition of Weifonghou,a private financial entity,from a traditional draft Bank to a contemporary bank was made possible by its astute long-term engagement in the northwest remittance business.This strategic move not only led to substantial profits but also allowed Weifonghou to navigate the challenges of the Xinhai Revolution successfully,preserving its financial prowess.Simultaneously,it garnered the support of local bureaucrats,establishing itself as the cornerstone for both its continued existence and restructuring.Moreover,the exceptional leadership skills exhibited by Hao Dengwu,the manager of the Beijing branch,played a pivotal role during the restructuring process.His outstanding reputation secured investments from shareholders and assistance from the political sphere.The crucial backing from the Beiyang military and political elites not only facilitated a seamless completion of Weifonghou’s stock issuance tasks but also provided indispensable ongoing business support,serving as a decisive factor in its transformation and rebirth.
