唐山市凤凰英才政策4.0对大学生就业选择的影响--以唐山学院为例

摘　　要：深化人才发展体制机制改革,促进人才区域合理布局与协调发展,能够提升城市发展的质量与效率。对比分析各城市中的本科院校毕业生人才政策,对唐山学院2023届毕业生进行线上问卷调查。结果显示,唐山市的凤凰英才政策4.0惠及到普通高校本科毕业生,增强了政策的普惠性,但在实施过程中的效果评估不佳,政策的覆盖面与创新性不足,需继续完善政策,以提升城市的人才吸引力。据此,应通过加强宣传、加快发展、争取国家项目支持等路径为唐山市的人才政策制定与落实提供参考。Deepening the reform of the system and mechanism of talent development,and promoting the rational distribution and coordinated development of talent regions can improve the quality and efficiency of urban development.The study compares and analyzes the talent policies of the graduates of universities in different cities,and conducts an online questionnaire survey on the graduates of Tangshan University in 2023.The results show that the Phoenix Talent Policy 4.0 of Tangshan City has benefited graduates of ordinary universities and enhanced the universality of the policy.However,the effect evaluation in the implementation process is poor,and the coverage and innovation of the policy are insufficient.It is necessary to continue to improve the policy to enhance the talent attraction of the city.Therefore,it is necessary to provide reference for the formulation and implementation of talent policy in Tangshan by strengthening publicity,speeding up development and winning support from national projects.
