摘　　要：针对目前电子装备产品生产现场面临的质量和进度双重压力,从生产现场工艺纪律检查的定义、标准体系建设、培训、检查和考核、数据分析和质量文化建设方面,阐述了加强生产现场工艺纪律检查标准体系建设的具体内容、加强生产现场工艺纪律培训的手段和方法、加强生产现场工艺纪律检查和考核的具体要求、加强生产现场工艺纪律数据分析和加强生产现场质量文化建设的具体内容,从而保证生产现场工艺纪律的贯彻执行,提高生产现场工艺管理水平,保证产品质量和生产安全,提高生产效率,降低生产成本,满足电子装备产品研制生产任务越来越重的需要。In view of the dual pressure of quality and progress faced by the production site of electronic equipment products at present,from the aspects of the definition of inspection of process discipline at the production site,the construction of standard system,the personnel training,the inspection and assessment,data analysis and the construction of quality culture,the specific contents of strengthening the construction of standard system of inspection of process discipline at the production site,the means and methods of strengthening the training of production site process discipline,the specific requirements of strengthening the inspection and assessment of production site process discipline,the specific contents of strengthening the analysis of process discipline data on production sites and the construction of production site quality culture are expounded,so as to ensure the implementation of process discipline on the production site,improve the process management level on the production site,ensure product quality and production safety,improve production efficiency,reduce production costs,and meet the increasingly heavy needs of electronic equipment product development and production tasks.
