军用电子元器件国产化质量保证研究

摘　　要：面对军用电子元器件国产化进程中的质量保证,结合实际元器件研制过程,研究了质量保证的组织管理、元器件研制、验证应选用4个关键环节,提出了元器件国产化研制质量保证的组织管理层面的3个维度,研制层面5个设计维度、5个制造维度和3个测试维度,验证层面5个维度,选用层面3个维度,以及需要完成的相应质量保证措施,为军用元器件国产化研制的质量管理提供了借鉴和参考。Facing the quality assurance in the process of localization of military electronic components,combining with the actual development process of component development,the four key links of organization and management,component development,validation and selection of quality assurance,and the three dimensions of organizational management,five design dimensions,five manufacturing dimensions and three test dimensions at the level of development,five dimensions at the level of validation,and three dimensions at the level of selection for quality assurance of components localization development,as well as the corresponding quality assurance measures need to be completed are put forward,which provides reference for the quality management of the localization development of military components.
