摘 要:由于变电站在运行中会受到多种因素的影响,导致运维成本偏高,为此提出了基于巡检机器人的变电站安全运维系统设计与实现。根据巡检机器人的组成,在变电站内部布置运维轨道,按照轨道的具体布置情况,结合存储模块设计,完成变电站安全运维系统的硬件设计。在系统的软件设计中,通过确定变电站运行过程中的安全运维周期函数,构建了变电站安全运维模型,实现变电站的安全运维。系统测试结果表明:巡检机器人应用到系统安全运维后,变电站安全运维的成本大大降低。Considering that the substation will be affected by many factors in operation,resulting in high operation and maintenance costs,the design and implementation of a substation safety operation and maintenance system based on inspection robots is proposed.According to the composition of the inspection robot,the operation and maintenance track is arranged inside the substation,and the hardware design of the substation safety operation and maintenance system is completed according to the specific layout of the track and the design of the storage module.In the software design of the system,the safe operation and maintenance model of the substation is constructed by determining the periodic function of the safe operation and maintenance during the operation of the substation to realize the safe operation and maintenance of the substation.The system test results show that the cost of safe operation and maintenance of the substation is greatly reduced after the safe operation and maintenance of the system in this paper.
