舌癌组织中OPN、Pyk2、ERK、MMP-9的表达情况及其临床意义

摘　　要：目的分析骨桥蛋白(OPN)、富含脯氨酸的酪氨酸激酶2(Pyk2)、细胞外信号调节激酶(ERK)、基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)在舌癌患者癌组织中的表达及其临床意义。方法选取62例舌癌患者,收集其癌组织与癌旁正常组织(距离病灶边缘≥3 cm),分别纳入观察组与对照组,对比2组OPN、Pyk2、ERK、MMP-9的差异。另收集患者的年龄、性别等资料,分析OPN、Pyk2、ERK、MMP-9与患者各项临床病理特征的关系。结果观察组OPN、Pyk2、ERK、MMP-9阳性表达率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。OPN、Pyk2、ERK、MMP-9表达与舌癌患者的年龄、性别、肿瘤直径无关(P>0.05),与临床分期、分化程度、淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05)。结论OPN、Pyk2、ERK、MMP-9在舌癌患者的癌组织内呈异常的高表达,且与肿瘤的临床分期、分化程度、淋巴结转移具有紧密联系。Objective To analyze the expression and clinical significance of osteopontin(OPN),proline rich tyrosine kinase 2(Pyk2),extracellular signal-regulated kinase(ERK),and matrix metalloproteinase-9(MMP-9)in tongue cancer tissue.Methods 62 patients with tongue cancer were selected,and their cancer tissue and adjacent normal tissue(≥3 cm from the edge of the lesion)were collected.They were included in the observation group and the control group respectively,and the differences in OPN,Pyk2,ERK,and MMP-9 between the 2 groups were compared.Collect age,gender and other data of patients,and analyze the relation between OPN,Pyk2,ERK,MMP-9 and various clinical pathological characteristics of patients.Results The positive expression rates of OPN,Pyk2,ERK,and MMP-9 in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The expression of OPN,Pyk2,ERK,and MMP-9 was not related to age,gender,and tumor diameter of tongue cancer patients(P>0.05),but was related to clinical stage,degree of differentiation,and lymph node metastasis(P<0.05).Conclusion OPN,Pyk2,ERK,and MMP-9 are abnormally high expressed in the cancer tissue of tongue cancer patients,and are closely related to the clinical stage,degree of differentiation,and lymph node metastasis of the patients.
