摘　　要：目的探讨不同年龄宫颈癌患者临床病理特征间的关系。方法选取108例宫颈癌患者,按年龄不同分为青年组(<40岁,32例)、壮年组(40~60岁,46例)及老年组(>60岁,30例)。所有入选研究对象均由专业人员收集年龄、疾病分期、主要临床症状、病理类型、淋巴结转移情况、浸润深度、肿瘤直径、分化程度、远处转移等临床病理特征资料,之后开展对比分析,获取不同年龄宫颈癌患者临床病理特征间的差异性,并采用Spearman相关性分析年龄与临床病理特征间的相关性。结果3组疾病分期、主要临床症状、远处转移率、淋巴结转移率相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);疾病分期与年龄呈正相关(γ=0.315,P=0.002),远处转移率、淋巴结转移率与年龄呈负相关(γ=-0.286、-0.389,P=0.015、0.000)。结论不同年龄宫颈癌患者在疾病分期、远处转移、淋巴结转移方面存在明显差异,年龄越大则疾病分期越高,远处转移、淋巴结转移则相反。Objective To explore the relationship between the clinicopathological characteristics of cervical cancer patients of different ages.Methods 108 patients with cervical cancer were divided into young group(<40 years old,32 cases),adult group(40~60 years old,46 cases)and elderly group(>60 years old,30 cases)according to age.All the selected subjects were collected by professionals in terms of age,disease stage,main clinical symptoms,pathological type,lymph node metastasis,depth of invasion,tumor diameter,degree of differentiation,distant metastasis and other aspects of clinicopathological characteristics,and then carried out comparative analysis to obtain the differences between clinicopathological characteristics of cervical cancer patients of different ages.Spearman correlation was used to analyze the correlation between age and clinicopathological characteristics.Results There were significant differences in disease stage,main clinical symptoms,distant metastasis rate and lymph node metastasis rate among the 3 groups(P<0.05);The disease stage was positively correlated with age(γ=0.315,P=0.002),while the distant metastasis rate and lymph node metastasis rate were negatively correlated with age(γ=-0.286,-0.389,P=0.015,0.000).Conclusion There are significant differences in disease stage,distant metastasis and lymph node metastasis in patients with cervical cancer of different ages.The older the age is,the higher the disease stage is,while distant metastasis and lymph node metastasis are the opposite,which can provide an important reference for the treatment of cervical cancer.
