“双一流”专业建设背景下动物生物化学课程思政的渗透与融合

摘　　要：动物生物化学是动物类专业的基础课,其相关原理与技术广泛渗入到其他课程。该课程在专业人才培养中占有重要地位。课程思政是“双一流”专业建设的需要,更是当今高等教育发展的趋势。本文结合作者多年教学经验,将动物生物化学基础理论和技术与思想素质、兽医临床、专业技能、科研热点、畜牧生产等相结合,建立了较系统的动物生物化学课程思政案例库,重构了动物生物化学教学内容和教学体系,开展了以案例分析为主的思政教学模式,并建立了思政教学效果评价策略。将教学内容和思政元素相互渗透与融合,探索了动物生物化学在“双一流”专业建设背景下的教学方法与模式,为构建动物生物化学课程高质量教学方法和助推“双一流”专业建设提供参考。Animal Biochemistry is a fundamental course for animal related majors,and its associated principles and technologies have been widely infiltrated into other courses.This course plays an important role in professional talent cultivation.Curriculum ideological and political education is a requirement for the construction of“Double First-class”majors,and it is also a trend in the development of higher education.We combine years of teaching experience with the basic theories and ideological qualities of Animal Biochemistry,veterinary clinical practice,professional skills,scientific research hotspots,and animal husbandry production.We establish a relatively systematic case library of Animal Biochemistry course ideological and political education,reconstruct the teaching content and system of Animal Biochemistry,carry out an ideological and political education model mainly based on case analysis,and establish evaluation strategies for the effectiveness of ideological and political education.This study penetrates and integrates teaching content and ideological and political elements,and explores the teaching methods and models of Animal Biochemistry in the context of the construction of the“Double First-class”major,which provides a reference for constructing the high-quality teaching method for this course and promoting the construction of the“Double First-class”major.
