摘　　要：设计了一套基于汇川可编程控制器的舞台灯光控制系统。以H3U-3624MR作为控制主机,以昆仑通态TPC1570Gi作为触摸屏,使用McgsPro组态软件设计人机界面,再通过Auto Shop软件完成梯形图程序设计。用户可以通过触摸屏控制舞台灯光,手动控制可根据实际需要自定义放映方案;自动控制可根据场所需求选择已存预定义方案。此外,触摸屏还可显示灯光状态,实现对舞台的实时监测。通过PLC控制及监控舞台灯光,提高了系统的可靠性、灵活性、易修改性。A set of stage lighting control system based on Huichuan PLC is designed in this paper.Huichuan PLC is used to control the stage lighting,with H3U-3624MR as the control host and Kunlun TPC1570Gi as the touch screen.After completing the relevant hardware design,McgsPro configuration software is used to design the human-computer interface,and then Auto Shop software is used to complete the PLC program design.The user can control the stage lighting through the touch screen,and the manual control can form a customized projection scheme according to actual needs.Automatic control can select the existing predefined mode according to the requirements of different places.In addition,the touch screen can also display the light status to monitor the stage.The stage lighting is controlled and monitored by PLC,which has a good control effect,improves the reliability of the system,and is more flexible and easy to modify.
