摘　　要：酒钢动力厂制氧系统包括4套空分系统和2套公辅系统,DCS控制系统采用美国霍尼韦尔(Honeywell)公司的Experion PKS分布式控制系统,由于控制系统超期服役而故障频发、备件采购困难等问题一直是安全生产的重大隐患,通过系统升级改造彻底解决以上难题,主要针对控制系统升级和集中监控功能的实现进行论述与介绍。The oxygen generation system of Jiuquan Iron and Steel Power Plant includes four air separation systems and three public auxiliary systems.The DCS control system adopts the Experion PKS distributed control system of Honeywell Company in the United States,The extended service of control system,frequent failures,difficulties in spare parts procurement and other issues have been major hidden dangers in safe production,Completely solve the above problems through system upgrading.This paper mainly discusses and introduces the upgrading of control system and the realization of centralized monitoring function.
