摘　　要：漏镀是热镀锌钢板常见的一种缺陷,通过扫描电镜及能谱仪对漏镀部位进行分析,发现热镀锌基板表面划伤是造成漏镀的主要原因。通过对热镀锌原料严格把控,加强对氧化铁皮的清洗及防止冷硬板表面因咯伤和擦伤等造成的基板表面不良流入下一道工序,可有效降低漏镀现象的发生。Missing plating is a common defect of hot-dip galvanized steel.In this paper,the missing parts are analyzed by scanning electron microscope and energy dispersive spectrometer.It is found that the scratch on the surface of hot-dip galvanized substrate are the main reasons for the missing plating.By strictly controlling the hot-dip galvanizing raw materials,including strengthening the cleaning of iron oxide scales and the occurrence of substrate surface defects caused by scratches and abrasions on the cold hard plate surface,which flow into the next process,the occurrence of plating leakage can be effectively reduced.
