团体心理治疗在广泛性焦虑障碍患者中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨团体心理治疗在广泛性焦虑障碍(GAD)患者中的应用效果。方法:选取50例GAD患者为对照组,给予药物治疗联合心理辅导;选取55例GAD患者为观察组,给予药物治疗+团体心理治疗。两组患者均干预8周。调查两组患者的治疗依从性,并比较两组患者干预前后焦虑症状。结果:观察组的治疗依从性为89.09%,高于对照组的74.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组干预后的广泛性焦虑障碍量表(GAD-7)评分、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA-14)评分分别为(7.13±1.28)分、(10.32±3.47)分,高于对照组的(10.05±2.17)分、(13.64±3.45)分,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组改善焦虑症状的临床疗效为87.27%,高于对照组的70.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:团体心理治疗能够提高GAD患者的治疗依从性,改善患者的焦虑症状。Objective:To explore the application of group psychotherapy in patients with generalized anxiety disorder(GAD).Methods:50 GAD patients were selected as the control group,and medication treatment combined with psychological counseling was given.A total of 55 GAD patients were selected as the observation group and treated with medication and group psychotherapy.Both groups were intervened for 8 weeks.The treatment compliance of two groups of patients were investigated and the changes in anxiety symptoms before and after intervention were compared.Results:The treatment compliance of the observation group and the control group were 89.09%and 74.00%,respectively,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The scores of GAD-7 and HAMA-14 in the observation group after intervention were 7.13±1.28 and 10.32±3.47,compared to 10.05±2.17 and 13.64±3.45 in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The clinical efficacy of improving anxiety symptoms in the observation group and the control group was 87.27%and 70.00%,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:Group psychotherapy can improve the treatment compliance of GAD patients,improve their anxiety symptoms.
