摘　　要：中高职贯通培养是具有中国特色现代职业教育体系建设的重要组成部分。中高职贯通培养交流会以“中高职贯通一体化人才培养体系构建”为主题,关注历史变迁,梳理了中高职贯通培养的政策脉络与发展历程;聚焦培养模式,分析了中高职贯通培养实践与探索的多元样态;凝练办学特色,总结了中高职贯通培养的成效与经验;进行反思展望,探讨了中高职贯通培养从形式一体化走向内涵一体化的实现路径。核理交流会基本情况、汇总专家观点、分析各方建议,有助于我们准确把握新形势下中高职贯通培养的实然和应然状态,全面准确落实会议精神,推进中高职贯通培养可持续高质量发展。The integrated talents cultivating in secondary and higher vocational education is an impor-tant part of the construction of modern vocational education system with Chinese characteristics.The f the communication conference of integrated talents cultivating in secondary and higher vocational education takes“the construction of integrated talents cultivating system of secondary and higher vocational educa-tion”as the theme,pays attention to historical changes,and combs the policy context and development pro-cess of integrated talents cultivating in secondary and higher vocational education.Focusing on the talents cultivating mode,the conference analyzes the diversified patterns of the practice and exploration of the inte-grated talents cultivating in secondary and higher vocational education,condenses the characteristics of school running,and summarizes the effectiveness and experience of integrated talents cultivating in second-ary and higher vocational education.Reflecting on the prospect,the conference discusses the realization path of the integrated talents cultivating in secondary and higher vocational education from formal integra-tion to connotation integration.The basic situation of the conference,the summary of expert opinions and the analysis of the suggestions of all parties will help us to accurately grasp the actual and ideal state of the integrated talents cultivating in secondary and higher vocational education under the new situation,compre-hensively and accurately implement the spirit of the conference,and promote the sustainable and high-qual-ity development of the integrated talents cultivating in secondary and higher vocational education.
