摘 要:“一带一路”为扩大教育开放,增强国际人才培养与合作创造了条件、搭建了桥梁。中国与东盟国家在教育开放方面存在着深厚的合作基础和潜力。多年来,中国与东盟国家在全民教育、高等教育、职业教育等领域开展了多样的合作;也在产教融合、国际组织人才和新型数字化人才培养等领域实现了新拓展。展望未来,中国与东盟国家在人文交流领域可实现层次更高、力度更深、影响更强的制度型开放。The Belt and Road has created conditions and built bridges for greater openness in education and enhanced international talent development and cooperation.There is a deep foundation and potential for cooperation between China and ASEAN in education opening.Over the years,China and ASEAN countries have carried out rich cooperation in traditional education fields such as universal education,higher education,and vocational education.Additionally,they have made significant progress in expanding industry-education integration,fostering international organization talents,and developing new digital talent training.Looking ahead,China and ASEAN countries should achieve higher-level,deeper and more influential institutional openness in the field of people-to-people exchanges.
