摘  要:心理健康是个体身心健康和幸福感的基础,也是一个人能够积极地参与社会、工作和学习等活动的必要条件。在德国,儿童和青少年的心理健康发展长期以来深受重视。针对儿童和青少年的心理健康情况及其变化,德国的教育部门、社会机构和家庭在预防、诊断、干预等方面做出了显著努力。德国从国家、社会、家庭层面采取措施促进年轻人的心理健康,其中信息化手段在德国心理健康服务中发挥了重要作用。整体而言,德国教育部门和研究机构为患有心理疾病的儿童及其家庭提供了优质服务和保障,但仍有待改进。Mental health is the foundation of individuals’physical and mental health and their well-being.It is also necessary for individuals to be actively engaged in social development,work and study.In Germany,the mental health development of children and adolescents has been valued.In response to the changes of children and adolescents’mental health,educational sectors,social institutions and families have made significant efforts in prevention,diagnosis,intervention fields.Germany has implemented measures at the national,societal,and familial levels to promote the psychological well-being of young people.Notably,information technology has played a significant role in mental health services within the country.Overall,the German education sector and research institutions provide excellent services and safeguards for children with mental illness and their families,but there is still room for improvement.
