摘  要:某型动力传动轴结构复杂,外表面花键涂层不允许磨损,动平衡在工作全转速下进行,高转速旋转时不平衡量值会产生波动,对动平衡工装及工艺方法要求高。开展动力传动轴动平衡工艺研究,采用理论计算和平衡试验相结合的分析方法,通过动平衡工装设计优化,采用如双频测速、雷达图监控、不平衡量的矢量图等分析先进动平衡方法,实现了动力传动轴动平衡故障和难点攻克,形成了一套实用有效的平衡工艺流程。The structure of a certain type of power transmission shaft is complex,and its outer surface spline coating does not allow wear.It is carried out at full working speed during dynamic balancing,and the imbalance value will fluctuate during high-speed rotation,requiring high requirements for dynamic balancing fixtures and process methods.This article conducts research on the dynamic balance process of power transmission shafts,using a combination of theoretical calculation and balance testing analysis methods.Through the optimization of dynamic balance fixture design,advanced dynamic balance methods such as dual frequency speed measurement,radar image monitoring,and vector diagram of imbalance are analyzed.The faults and difficulties in dynamic balance of power transmission shafts are solved,forming a practical and effective balance process flow.
