摘 要:端墙焊接是铁路货车生产的关键工序,传统的焊接专机生产线因其兼容性差、转型调整周期长,已经难以满足快速变换的市场需求。文章对比分析了9种车型端墙结构形式,设计了一款具有广泛适应性的铁路货车端墙自动化柔性焊接生产线,实现了端墙焊接的上料、组对、传输、焊接、翻转等工序的自动化以及产线的快速转产。End wall welding is the key process of railway freight car production.The traditional welding special machine production line has been difficult to meet the rapidly changing market demand because of its poor compatibility and long transformation and adjustment period.This paper compares and analyzes the end wall structure of 9 types of vehicles,and designs an automatic flexible welding production line for the end wall of railway freight cars with wide adaptability,which realizes the automation of loading,pairing,transmission,welding,turning and other processes of the end wall welding,and the rapid conversion of the production line.
