数字减影血管造影引导下半月神经节球囊压迫术治疗三叉神经痛的效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探究数字减影血管造影(DSA)引导下半月神经节球囊压迫术治疗三叉神经痛的效果。方法:选取2020年3月—2021年5月百色市人民医院收治的三叉神经痛患者72例为研究对象,随机分成对照组、观察组,各36例。对照组实施小切口开颅显微技术治疗,观察组实施DSA引导下半月神经节球囊压迫术治疗。比较两组患者近远期疗效、疼痛程度和并发症发生情况。结果:两组近期疗效总有效率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组远期效果总有效率高于对照组,差异无统计学意义(P=0.040)。术前,两组患者视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后6、12、24个月,两组VAS评分均低于术前,观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.038)。结论:DSA引导下半月神经节球囊压迫术治疗三叉神经痛的远期疗效显著,可以有效缓解疼痛,降低并发症发生率。Objective:To explore the effect of semilunar ganglion balloon compression guided by digital subtraction angiography(DSA)in treatment of trigeminal neuralgia.Methods:A total of 72 patients with trigeminal neuralgia were selected as the study objects at Baise People's Hospital from March 2020 to May 2021,and were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 36 patients in each group.The control group was treated with small incision craniotomy microscopy,and the observation group was treated with semilunar ganglion balloon compression guided by DSA.The short-term and long-term efficacy,pain degree and complications were compared between the two groups.Results:There was no significant difference in the total effective rate of the two groups(P>0.05).The long-term effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group,and the difference was not statistically significant(P=0.040).Before surgery,there was no significant difference in visual analogue scale(VAS)scores between the two groups(P>0.05).At 6,12 and 24 months after surgery,VAS scores in both groups were lower than before surgery,and observation group was lower than control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The complication rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.038).Conclusion:Semilunar ganglion balloon compression guided by DSA in the treatment of trigeminal neuralgia has significant long-term efficacy,which can effectively relieve pain and reduce the incidence of complications.
