康复训练联合加味六味地黄汤与针刺治疗小儿脑性瘫痪的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨康复训练联合加味六味地黄汤与针刺治疗小儿脑性瘫痪的效果。方法:选取2018年6月—2019年6月铜仁市儿童福利院收治的脑性瘫痪患儿100例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为试验组与参照组,各50例。参照组接受康复训练,试验组在参照组基础上接受加味六味地黄汤联合针刺治疗。比较两组智力水平、运动功能、肌张力、神经功能、血清炎性因子水平。结果:治疗后,两组中国-韦氏幼儿智力量表、粗大运动功能量表评分高于治疗前,且试验组高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组神经烯醇化酶、皮内素、白细胞介素-6水平低于治疗前,且试验组低于参照组,两组乙酰胆碱酯酶、白细胞介素-10、肿瘤坏死因子-α水平高于治疗前,且试验组高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:康复训练联合加味六味地黄汤与针刺治疗小儿脑瘫的效果显著,可提高患儿智力水平,改善运动功能、肌张力和神经功能,减轻血清炎性反应。Objective:To explore the effect of rehabilitation training combined with supplemented Liuwei Dihuang decoction and acupuncture on children with cerebral palsy.Methods:A total of 100 children with cerebral palsy were selected as research objects at Tongren Children's Welfare Institute from June 2018 to June 2019,and were divided into experimental group and reference group according to random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The reference group received rehabilitation training,and the experimental group received supplemented Liuwei Dihuang decoction combined with acupuncture on the basis of the reference group.The levels of intelligence,motor function,muscle tension,nerve function and serum inflammatory factors were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the scores of China-Wechsler Infant Intelligence Scale and Gross Motor Function Scale in two groups were higher than before treatment,and the experimental group was higher than the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of neuroenolase,endodermal hormone and interleukin-6 in 2 groups were lower than before treatment,and the levels of acetylcholinesterase,interleukin-10 and tumor necrosis factor-αin 2 groups were higher than before treatment,and the levels in experimental group were higher than those in reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Rehabilitation training combined with supplemented Liuwei Dihuang decoction and acupuncture has a remarkable effect in the treatment of children with cerebral palsy,which can improve the intelligence level,improve the motor function,muscle tension and nerve function,and reduce the serum inflammatory response.
