列缺穴的穴性及临床应用

摘　　要：列缺穴是针灸临床常用腧穴之一,为手太阴肺经的络穴,通任脉,且为针灸临床“四总穴”之一。本人在查阅古今针灸经典及相关文献记载中,发现列缺穴除了可治疗头项病证“头项寻列缺”,还可用于肺系上焦系统、中焦系统、下焦系统等疾病的治疗,试图将列缺穴的穴性归纳为“通上、调中、澈下”,从穴性含义、穴名解释、列缺穴性及临床应用方面进行归纳总结,以便于针灸初学者掌握列缺的穴性与临床应用。Lieque point(LU7)is one of the commonly used acupoints in acupuncture clinic.it is the collateral point of hand Taiyin lung meridian and Tongren pulse,and it is one of the"four general acupoints"in acupuncture clinic.In consulting the ancient and modern acupuncture classics and related literature records,I found that Lieque acupoint can not only treat the head disease,but also can be used to treat diseases such as lung upper focus system,middle focus system,lower coke urinary reproductive system and so on.Therefore,this paper attempts to sum up the acupoint nature of Lieque acupoint into three aspects:Tongshang,Tiaozhong and Che Xia.This paper summarizes the meaning of acupoint,the explanation of acupoint name,the absence of acupoint and clinical application,so that the beginners of acupuncture can better learn to master the acupoint and clinical application.
