冠心宁片、化痰通络方联合西药治疗急性缺血性脑卒中临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察冠心宁片、化痰通络方联合西药治疗急性缺血性脑卒中风痰阻络证的临床疗效。方法:选取60例急性缺血性脑卒中风痰阻络证患者,按随机数字表法分为对照组和试验组各30例。对照组给予西药治疗,试验组在对照组基础上给予冠心宁片联合化痰通络方治疗,2组均治疗14 d。比较2组临床疗效、D-二聚体(D-D)水平及美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分。结果:治疗后,试验组总有效率96.67%,高于对照组83.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗7 d、治疗14 d,2组NIHSS评分均较治疗前降低,试验组NIHSS评分均低于同期对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组D-D水平均较治疗前降低,试验组D-D水平低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:冠心宁片、化痰通络方联合西药治疗急性缺血性脑卒中风痰阻络证,可调节D-D水平,改善神经功能,疗效优于单纯使用西药治疗。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Guanxinning Tablets and Huatan Tongluo Prescription combined with western medicine for acute ischemic stroke with wind-phlegm obstructing the collaterals syndrome.Methods:A total of 60 cases of patients with acute ischemic stroke with wind-phlegm obstructing the collaterals syndrome were selected and divided into the control group and the trial group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with western medicine,and the trial group was treated with Guanxinning Tablets combined with Huatan Tongluo Prescription based on the treatment of the control group.Both groups were treated for 14 days.The clinical effects,D-dimer(D-D)levels,and National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHsS)scores were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate was 96.67%in the trial group,higher than that of 83.33%in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).After 7 and 14 days of treatment,the NIHsS scores in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment,and the NiHss scores in the trial group were lower than those in the control group during the same period,differences being significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the D-D levels in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment,and the D-D level in the trial group was lower than that in the control group,differences being significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Guanxinning Tablets and Huatan Tongluo Prescription combined with western medicine for acute ischemic stroke with wind-phlegm obstructing the collaterals syndrome can adjust the D-D level,improve the neurological function,and have a better curative effect than using western medicine alone.
