摘　　要：目的通过为患者拍摄规范化的口内像,记录患者牙周手术前、中、后的效果变化,协助医生留取资料以完成教学、科研及学术交流等工作,记录牙周手术的诊疗过程,使患者及其他科室更准确地了解手术和治疗信息。方法护士在运用整体护理的基础上,摄影前保证摄影材料、辅助物品齐全及患者的充分准备,以便摄影顺利开展;在摄影中护士应掌握摄影的时机和目的,应用规范化的摄影技巧,留取医嘱所需要的口内像,拍摄过程中注意医护患配合;在摄影后,及时将口内像保存、整理,方便医生的使用。结果患者在充分了解拍摄目的的情况下,能够配合护士完成牙周手术中的临床摄影工作,提高了医生的工作效率,同时提高了护理质量及患者满意度。结论优质护理为临床摄影工作提供了先决条件,护士运用摄影技巧拍摄的影像为临床科研、教学和学术交流提供了有用的资料,同时有效减少医患纠纷,因此牙周手术中的临床摄影技巧是牙周科护士的必修课。Objective To record the effect changes of patients before,during and after periodontal surger by taking standardized intraoral images of patients,assist doctors to collect data to complete work,such a teaching,scientific research and academic exchanges and so on,and record the diagnosis and treatment process of periodontal surgery,so that patients and other departments could more accurately understand the operation and treatment information.Methods On the basis of holistic nursing,nurses should ensure that the photographic materials,auxiliary items and patients were fully prepared before photography,so that photography could be carried out smoothly;in photography,nurses should grasp the opportunity and purpose of photography,apply standardized photography techniques to obtain intraoral images required for medical orders,pay attention to the cooperation between doctors and patients in the process of photography;after photography,the intraoral images should be saved and organized in time for the convenience of doctors.Results Under the condition of fully understanding the purpose of photography,patients could cooperate with nurses to complete the clinical photography work in periodontal surgery,which improved the work efficiency of doctors,improved the quality of nursing and patients satisfaction degree.Conclusion High-quality nursing provided a prerequisite for clinical photography.The images taken by nurses using photography skills provided useful information for clinical research,teaching and academic exchanges,and effectively reduced doctor-patient disputes.Therefore,clinical photography skills in periodontal surgery was a compulsory course for periodontal nurses.
