摘 要:高职体育保健班教学质量与教学方式关系密切。采用文献法、问卷调查法、因子分析法等研究方法对影响高职体育保健班女生体育课学习效率的因素进行调查分析。结果发现,“处方式”教学可弥补传统体育教学模式的缺陷,充分体现区别对待原则,有利于教学质量的提升。影响高职体育保健班女生体育课学习效率的主因子包括:课堂氛围、学友帮扶、教考模式、学校重视、教师素养因子。对主因子干预的途径有:不断提高女生课堂学习兴趣,探索并确立更为科学、合理、客观、公正的教考模式,提高学校领导对保健班教学的重视程度,不断提升任课教师的职业道德水平和业务工作能力。The teaching quality of the P.E.and health class in higher vocational colleges is closely related to the teaching methods.The paper investigates and analyzes the factors that affect the learning efficiency of female students in the P.E.and health class in higher vocational colleges by using literature method,questionnaire,factor analysis method.It is found that the“prescription”teaching method can make up for the deficiency of the traditional teaching method,adequately embody the principle of the different treatment,and is conductive to improving the teaching quality.The main factors include classroom atmosphere,study partners,teaching and testing modes and teachers’quality.It also puts forwards the ways to intervene in the main factors in the aspects of improving the female learning interest,exploring and establishing more scientific,reasonable and objective teaching and testing modes;paying more attention to the teaching of P.E.and health class and improve teacher’s professional ethics and competence.
