摘　　要：在法学教育中,课程思政是一项重要任务,旨在培养学生的综合素质和社会责任感。作为法学专业的基础课程之一,“中国法制史”课程具有深厚的历史底蕴和丰富的思政要素,对于提高学生的法律素养和综合能力具有重要意义。本文将以“中国法制史”课程为例,探讨法律专业课程思政要素的挖掘与融入。In legal education,ideological and political education is an important task,which aims to cultivate students'comprehensive quality and social responsibility.As one of the basic courses of law major,"History of Chinese Legislation"has profound historical deposits and rich ideological and political elements,which is of great significance for improving students'legal literacy and comprehensive ability.This paper will take the course as an example to explore the exploration and integration of ideological and political elements in legal courses.
