摘  要:2022年,安徽省作为第二批电力现货市场改革试点省份,已开展多次模拟、调电试运行及2022年8月30日首次结算试运行,2023年3月28日至30日开展连续3天的结算试运行。“新电改”背景下,电力市场化程度愈来愈高,电价可升可降“,能不能发电、能发多少电”已由政府计划分配转为合同供需决定。以YF电厂为例,阐述如何主动适应“新电改”背景下的政策市场形势变化,优化调整电力营销策略,为创新电力营销思路、提升综合盈利水平提供有益借鉴。In 2022,Anhui Province,as one of the second batch of pilot provinces for electricity spot market reform,conducted multiple simulations and test runs for power regulation,and the first settlement test run on August 30th,2022.From March 28th to 30th,2023,a three-day continuous settlement test run was con⁃ducted.Against the backdrop of the"New Electricity Reform,"the degree of electricity marketization is in⁃creasing,with electricity prices fluctuating.The decision of"whether to generate power and how much power to generate"has shifted from government-planned allocation to being determined by contractual supply and demand.Taking YF Power Plant as an example,this paper elaborates on how to actively adapt to the chang⁃ing policy and market situation under the"New Electricity Reform,"optimize and adjust power marketing strategies,and provide useful insights for innovating power marketing ideas and enhancing overall profitability.
