摘 要:针对现有高速综合检测列车时空校准系统存在的时间同步延时不稳定、里程校准精度不足等问题,提出一种高精度时空校准系统。在时间校准方面,系统采用GNSS、高频率恒温晶振进行系统内部时钟的驯服和保持,并基于PTP精确时间协议发布时间校准信息;在里程校准方面,系统利用光电编码器、惯性组合里程定位、RFID射频里程标签、点式应答器里程信息和LKJ列车运行里程信息实现里程数据的累加和校准,并通过以太网向各专业检测系统发布里程校准信息。试验结果表明,该系统可实现纳秒级时间精确同步和厘米级里程校准,校准频率最高可达1250 Hz,能够满足更高速度综合检测列车的运用需求。Aiming at the problems of unstable time synchronization delay and insufficient mileage calibration accuracy in the existing high-speed comprehensive detection train spatio-temporal calibration system,a high-precision spatio-temporal calibration system is proposed.In terms of time calibration,the system uses GNSS time information for the main clock timing and high-frequency crystal oscillator to achieve nanosecond time retention,and designs a distributed multi-node time precise synchronization strategy based on the PTP precise time protocol.In terms of mileage calibration,the self-accumulation of train mileage is realized based on the axle-type photoelectric encoder,and the mileage calibration is realized by comprehensively using inertial combined mileage positioning,RFID radio frequency mileage tag,point-type transponder mileage information and LKJ train running mileage information.A time stamp is attached to the mileage location,after the mileage calibration information is published via Ethernet.The experimental results show that the system can achieve precise nanosecond-level time synchronization and centimeter-level mileage calibration,and the calibration frequency of the system can reach up to 1250 Hz,which can effectively meet the application requirements of higher speed comprehensive inspection trains.
