摘 要:针对低地板有轨电车完成了电子机械制动系统设计,方案满足车辆制动功能和性能需求,并实现了与既有车辆各系统的兼容;针对典型车辆实现了对原车液压制动系统的换装,完成了整车动态线路制动试验和关键功能研究性试验;试验证明,各工况下电子机械制动系统和车辆各系统配合正常,满足车辆制动性能要求,系统响应快速、控制精度高,具有良好的一致性,系统故障再分配、紧急供电下的安全制动功能满足设计要求,提高了系统冗余度和安全性。The electro-mechanical braking system is designed for the low floor tram.The system architecture meets the requirements of braking function and performance of the vehicle,and is compatible with the existing vehicle and subsystems.On the existing typical tram,the original hydraulic braking system was replaced by the electro-mechanical braking system,and the line dynamic braking test and key function research test of the system were completed.Test proved that under each working condition of the vehicle,the electromechanical braking system works well with each system of the vehicle,and meets the requirements of vehicle braking performance.The system responds quickly with high control accuracy,and has good multi-machine consistency.The function of braking force redistribution under the condition of fault and emergency power supply meets the design requirements,and improves the redundancy and safety of the system.
