摘　　要：截至2019年,我国已成为名副其实的民航大国,疫情后中国民航将与其他交通方式共建交通强国,需要民航类高校在人才培养、科学研究等领域提供更强支持。本文在全面梳理国内外高校评价成果基础上,针对各自特点将国内外14所民航类高校分为狭义和广义两类,基于其2011、2016、2021三个关键时间节点的相关数据,全过程使用客观的因子分析评价方法构建、测算并评价中外主要民航类高校在科学研究、人才培养等两个方面的表现,发现中国民航类高校在规模方面已居世界前列,但在质量方面尚有很大提升空间,据此为中国建设世界一流民航大学提供政策建议。By 2019,China has become a veritable civil aviation power.After the epidemic,China's civil aviation will work with other modes of transportation to build a transportation power,which requires stronger support from civil aviation universities in the fields of talent training,scientific research,etc.Based on a comprehensive review of the evaluation results of domestic and foreign universities,this paper classifies 14 civil aviation universities at home and abroad into narrow and broad categories according to their respective characteristics.Based on the relevant data of their three key time nodes in 2011,2016 and 2021,the whole process uses objective factor analysis evaluation methods to construct,measure and evaluate the performance of major civil aviation universities at home and abroad in scientific research,talent training and other aspects,It is found that China's civil aviation colleges and universities have taken the lead in the world in terms of scale,but there is still a lot of room for improvement in terms of quality,so as to provide policy suggestions for the construction of world-class civil aviation universities such as the Civil Aviation University of China.
