摘 要:针对双馈感应电机在发生低电压故障时定转子产生瞬时暂态振荡电流及传统Crowbar电路保护方式,将使其消耗较大无功而降低可控性的问题,提出一种转子电流前馈补偿的励磁控制方案。根据双馈电机的数学模型及等效电路结构,分析其定子侧电网发生低电压故障时的电磁暂态特性,归纳定转子暂态电流的变化规律。再通过电网电压与转子电流对定子电流的控制传递函数,分析电网电压跌落对定子暂态电流振荡的作用机理,并提出由控制转子电流对定子电流进行前馈补偿的故障穿越方案,经仿真分析证明了其有效性。When a low voltage fault occurs in a doubly-fed induction generator,transient oscillating currents will be generated in the stator and rotor,which will consume large amount of reactive power and reduce the controllability if the traditional Crowbar circuit protection mode is adopted.Thus,a novel excitation control strategy is proposed based on the rotor current feed-forward compensation.Based on the mathematical model of the doubly-fed induction generator and its equivalent circuit structure,its electromagnetic transient characteristics in case of low voltage faults in the stator side grid are analyzed,and the variation law of the transient current of the stator and rotor is summarized.Then,based on the transfer functions of the grid voltage and the rotor current on the stator current,the effect of the grid voltage dip on the transient current oscillation of the stator is analyzed.A fault ride-through strategy for feed-forward compensation of the stator current by controlling the rotor current is proposed.The effectiveness of the proposed scheme is verified by simulations.
