摘  要:定子线棒端部及汇流环焊接是发电机安装中的关键过程,质量好坏将影响机组的安全、稳定运行。随着电气焊接技术的不断发展、更新,在大型机组的线棒端部及汇流环焊接中,中频感应硬钎焊已成为最流行、便捷、质量也容易控制和保障的接头焊接方式,只要在焊接工艺上精益求精,同时注意焊接时间和温度的控制,就能使焊缝饱满,获得优良的质量保障。本文就钎焊原理、加热方法及机组安装时的焊接工艺等作了逐一介绍。The welding of the stator bar end and the collector ring is a key process in the installation of generators.The welding quality will affect the safe and stable operation of the units.With the development and updating of the electrical welding technology,the medium frequency induction brazing welding has become the most popular and convenient joint welding method in the welding of the bar ends and the collector ring in large-scale units.The welding quality is also easy to control and guarantee,as long as we pay attention to the welding time and temperature and ensure the welding process.The principles,heating methods and welding processes of the brazing welding technology in the unit installation are introduced in detail.
