高校创新创业教育成效促进企业用人机制创新发展的路径探索

摘　　要：创新创业教育已成为当前高校就业创业领域的研究热点,为弄清企业用人机制与高校创新创业教育是否存在必然关系,该文对录用过云南高校毕业生的147家单位进行跟踪调查,得出地方高校创新创业教育的发展现状,针对当前市场经济条件下企业(单位)用人机制在选人用人方面存在的问题,提出当前高校创新创业教育应在以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想指导下,加强校企合作机制的落地,发挥好校企合作、产教融合的政策功能,形成政校企生四方联动协作机制;消除大学生就业中的障碍,为打造良好的企业用人机制助力;积极挖掘大学生潜力,增强自我效能感,使其成为企业发展的源动力,进而推进地方高校创新创业教育及企业用人机制的健康持续发展。Innovation and entrepreneurship education has become a research hotspot in the field of employment and entrepreneurship in colleges and universities.In order to find out whether there is an inevitable relationship between the employment mechanism of enterprises and innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities,this paper conducts a follow-up survey on 147 institutions that have employed college graduates in Yunnan,and obtains the development status of innovation and entrepreneurship education in local colleges and universities.In view of the problems existing in the recruitment mechanism of enterprises(units)under the current market economy conditions,this paper proposes that innovation and entrepreneurship education should be guided by Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era.We strengthen the implementation of the school-enterprise cooperation mechanism,give full play to the policy functions of school-enterprise cooperation and the integration of industry and education,and form a four-way linkage cooperation mechanism between politics,schools,enterprises and students to eliminate obstacles in the employment of college students,and help build a good enterprise employment mechanism.At the same time,this study points out that we should actively tap the potential of college students,enhance self-efficacy,make them become the source of enterprise development,and then promote the innovation and entrepreneurship education of local colleges and universities and the healthy and sustainable development of enterprise employment mechanism.
