摘 要:目的:本研究旨在考察家长教育焦虑对中小学生手机等电子产品成瘾的影响及作用机制。方法:采用家长教育焦虑量表、父母心理控制量表、无法忍受不确定性量表和手机等电子产品成瘾量表对1345对中小学生及其家长进行调查。结果:整体模型拟合良好,家长教育焦虑既可以直接预测中小学生手机等电子产品成瘾,还可以通过三条路径起到间接预测作用:父母心理控制的简单中介、中小学生无法忍受不确定性的简单中介,以及父母心理控制与中小学生无法忍受不确定性的链式中介。学段对链式中介模型的调节作用显著,相比小学生,父母心理控制对中学生手机等电子产品成瘾的作用较小。结论:为预防或减轻中小学生手机等电子产品成瘾,不仅父母要合理应对自身教育焦虑、减少心理控制的教养方式,中小学生也要提高对不确定性的忍受力,还需要注意不同学段的特殊性,进行针对性干预和指导。Objective:This study aims to investigate the influence and mechanism of parental education anxiety on the phone and tablet addiction of primary and middle school students.Methods:A total of 1345 pairs of primary and middle school students and their parents completed Parental Education Anxiety Scale,Parental Psychological Control Scale,Intol-erance of Uncertainty Scale,Phone and Tablet Addiction Scale.Results:The chain mediation model fitted well.Parental education anxiety not only directly predicted the phone and tablet addiction of primary and middle school students,but also played a predictive role through three indirect paths:the simple mediation of parental psychological control,the simple me-diation of intolerance of uncertainty,and the chain mediation of parental psychological control and intolerance of uncertain-ty.Moreover,school section had a significant moderating effect on the chain mediation model.Compared with primary school students,the effect of parental psychological control on middle school students'phone and tablet addiction was still significant,but smaller.Conclusion:In order to prevent or alleviate primary and middle school students'phone and tablet addiction,not only parents should reasonably deal with educational anxiety and reduce use of psychological control,but al-so primary and middle school students should strengthen their tolerance for uncertainty.And researchers also need to pay at-tention to the particularity of different school sections,and carry out targeted intervention and guidance.
