摘  要:汽车行业加速向智能化电动化转型,人才需求从传统机械类转向电气、计算机、新能源类等跨学科复合型人才。分析智能汽车行业现状及发展趋势、高职院校汽车智能技术专业人才培养现状,优化师资队伍结构、深化产教融合、校企合作,促进专业融合赋能汽车智能技术专业高质量发展,构建专业融合的复合型人才培养体系。With the acceleration of the transformation of the automotive industry towards intelligent electrification,the talent demand in the automotive industry has gradually shifted from traditional mechanical talents to interdisciplinary and composite talents in electrical,computer,and new energy fields.This thesis analyzes the current situation and development trend of the intelligent vehicle industry,as well as the current situation of talent cultivation in automotive intelligent technology majors in vocational colleges.By optimizing the structure of the teaching staff,deepening the integration of industry and education,and strengthening colleges and enterprises cooperation,we aim to promote professional integration and empower the high-quality development of automotive intelligent technology majors,and build a comprehensive talent training system for professional integration.
