摘 要:以瓯柑为对象,通过前处理及仪器条件优化,建立了金合欢素、黄豆黄素、樱黄素、栀子花素B、猫眼草黄素5种瓯柑中特色黄酮类成分的超高效液相色谱-串联质谱(UPLC-MS/MS)同时检测方法。样品经乙腈提取,碱性氧化铝、二氧化锆净化,C18柱分离,电喷雾技术(ESI)和多反映监测模式(MRM)进行检测。结果表明,瓯柑中5种检测成分的检出限为0.015~0.072μg·kg^(-1),定量限为0.050~0.24μg·kg^(-1)。本方法有效、快速、简单,为进一步探索瓯柑功能成分提供了检测手段,极大地节约了分析时间和成本。An ultra-performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(UPLC-MS/MS) method for the simultaneous detection of five flavonoids in Ougan citrus was established through the optimization of pretreatment and instrument settings.The samples were extracted by acetonitrile,purified by alkaline alumina and zirconium dioxide,separated by C18 column,and detected by electrospray technology(ESI) and multi-reflection monitoring mode(MRM).The results indicated that the LODs of the five components in Ou Citrus were 0.015~0.072 μg · kg~(-1) and the LOQs were 0.050~0.24 μg · kg~(-1).This method is simple,rapid and effective,which provides a means for further exploration of the functional components of Ou Citrus,and greatly saves the analysis time and cost.
