科教融合视野下产业创新人才培养策略研究——以半导体产业为例

摘　　要：以半导体产业为代表的战略性新兴产业快速发展对产业创新人才提出重大需求。传统创新人才培养机制无论是人才培养的规模还是结构都不能适应半导体产业对人才的迫切需求。高校新型研发机构是学、教、研、产的统一体,在推进教育、科技和人才一体化发展中发挥着至关重要的作用。文章通过构建基于新型研发机构的“政府、高校、企业和科研机构”四方协同的科教融合创新人才培养协同机制,为半导体和集成电路产业创新人才培养提供了新途径。The rapid development of strategic emerging industries represented by the semiconductor industry poses a significant demand for innovative talents in the industry.The traditional mechanism for cultivating innovative talents,whether in terms of scale or structure,cannot meet the urgent demand for talents in the semiconductor industry.The new research and development institutions in universities are the unity of learning,teaching,research,and production,playing a crucial role in promoting the integrated development of education,technology,and talent.Building a collaborative mechanism for cultivating innovative talents through the integration of science and education based on new research and development institutions,including the government,universities,enterprises,and research institutions,provides a new approach for cultivating innovative talents in the semiconductor and integrated circuit industries.
