摘　　要：构建基于智慧校园建设的现代培训管理体系,以“管理高效、资源共享、服务优质、科学决策”为导向,利用“大云物移智”等新技术,打造教育培训管理中心、学习中心、服务中心、数据中心。建立完整的“数字标签”体系和员工学习成长地图,实现教育培训项目全覆盖、全链条、标准化线上管理和培训数据分级分类展示,以提供人才培养精准画像,提升智能化辅助决策能力,推动教育培训事业数字化转型升级。A modern training management system based on smart campus construction is aimed to be established.Guided by the principles of"efficient management,resource sharing,quality service,and scientific decision-making",utilizing new technologies such as"big data,cloud computing,the Internet of Things,mobile communication,and artificial intelligence",an integrated educa⁃tion and training management center,learning center,service center,and data center are established.A comprehensive"digital tagging"system and an employee learning and growth map are established to achieve full-coverage,end-to-end and standardized online management of training projects,and hierarchical classification and display of training data.This aims to provide a precise profile of talent development,enhance intelligent decision-making capabilities,and promote the digital transformation and up⁃grading of the education and training business.
